The Project

Students Working Charlotte with Student

Undergraduate students at Roger Williams University enrolled in Dimensions of History in the spring of 2017 began processing the collection.

Tasks involved included transcribing the letters, gathering background information on the correspondents and writing brief biographical sketches, and creating inventories for other material in the collection.

At this point only the letters are ready for viewing here. Click on tab "Guide to the Francis/Herreshoff Collection" and then "Series 1: Francis-Herreshoff Correspondence".
